Wine & Gastronomy
The Italian culinary art was born from the simplicity and purity of the products used, which combine the traditions handed down from generation to generation. Many are dishes prepared in the various Italian regions, as well as products well known now all over the world. With our tours, including wine and gastronomy trips, you will discover the sweet and savoury side of the heart of Italy. From Parmesan to balsamic vinegar from Modena, from the pecorino cheese in all its variants, to the cured meats such as mortadella, Parma ham bresaola, olive oil, rice and the numerous varieties of pasta, not to mention desserts such as panettone, pandoro and panforte.
Italian wines also offer the most diverse types of selection produced in twenty different regions. From the harvest until the final bottled product, there’s the passion of those who love wine and, at the table, those who enjoy the fragrance of wine.
During our food and wine tour in Italy we offer you our experience in the field, suggesting wine shops and appropriate cellars, wine related events, and the best wines on the market selected by region, and label. To fully satisfy your taste buds, you can spec our wine tours, allowing you to taste traditional Italian dishes accompanied by fine wines.
